SCAA offers memberships to companies and individuals in every segment of the specialty coffee supply chain. We have many company member types to choose from, and we recommend purchasing the membership type that best reflects your business to other members. If you are not sure which company membership to purchase, please contact the membership team here.
To start the membership process you will first need to create a company and personal profile here. Once your profile is created and you’re logged in, you can browse and purchase memberships in our online store.
When you work for an SCAA member company, you get access to the
company's benefits too. You can create a profile at scaa.org/myprofile
and connect your account to your company's membership for free. If you
use your company email address, you should be connected automatically,
but if you are not (or don't have a company email address), please
email email@example.com and we will connect you. We may need to
complete a brief verification process. You will need your own profile
and member ID number to access members-only areas of the site,
register for classes, and attend The Event - so we encourage you to
set it up today!
You may also want to consider an individual professional guild membership for yourself. With your SCAA membership, you can join at discounted rates. Visit baristaguildofamerica.net or roastersguild.org for more information.
"Being a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America is a must for credibility and visibility in the market. The resources available are a tremendous help in educating our employees as well as our customers. I hope to participate in SCAA's online discussions, as I have found that most micro-roasters and retailers go through similar issues along the way."
