Immediately after taking an E-Exam, a screen will pop up stating how many questions you answered correctly, what percentage score you earned and whether you passed the exam or not.
If you did not pass:
An authorized SCAA representative will review your exam, to ensure you earned maximum credit for correct answers. Because of the nature of automated grading, sometimes answers are marked "incorrect" due to spelling errors or abbreviations.
- If there needs to be an adjustment of your score, you will be contacted within 7 business days after the date you completed the exam.
- If you do not hear from SCAA within the 7 business days, then your score stands as reported and it will not be adjusted.
- If you have questions, please contact Dorit Lessard at email@example.com after the 7 business day period expires.
If you do not pass the exam, you will need to retake it.
Please remember to check your SCAA student profile located at SCAA.org—the exam will be reflected on your profile within 14 days after you have taken the exam. If you did not pass, you will receive 1 credit for the exam on your profile. Click here to access the login page at SCAA.
If you passed:
Within 14 days you will see the exam on your profile with 2 credits which indicates you passed the exam. Your profiles can be accessed at SCAA.org. It is linked to the email address you submitted when setting up the profile. Click HERE to login to your profile.
If you see credits are missing from your profile, please complete the Request for Education Credit form.
